Q:Why should I sign up for installment billing?

Monthly billing is a convenient, simple and manageable way to pay for your TruGreen service plan.

Q:How does it work? 

It’s simple. We take the total amount of your service plan and spread it across the months of the year. This way you know what you’re paying each month.

Q:Will I be charged in months that I don't receive service?

Yes, it’s possible. Because we spread the total amount of your Service Plan across the year, there may be months you do not receive service but still receive a bill.

Q:Will my monthly installment billing amount be the same every month?

In most cases, yes. However, depending on when you enroll in monthly billing you may have to pay a little bit more initially in order to equal out the remaining payments of the year. For example, if the full cost of your annual plan is $300.00 and you enroll in monthly billing in February, you will pay for January and February at the time of enrollment ($50) and the remaining months of the year will be $25/month.

Q:Do I have to have a credit card or debit card to sign up for monthly billing?

Yes, a credit or debit card is required and your monthly payments will be automatically deducted each month.

Q:Does my plan renew at the end of the year?

Yes, to get the most out or your lawn, we recommend year-round care. For this reason, you will receive continuous services from year to year without any action on your part. At the end of each anniversary date or annual renewal period, we will remind you that your plan will resume in the coming year. Your plan will continue unless you contact us to cancel.

Q:Do I have the option to prepay for my 2021 plan all at once?

Absolutely, you can prepay for your services and you may even get a discount for doing so!
